Every completed chemical service in the last 30 days, paired with its patch-test evidence.
A colour, tint or straightening service cannot be confirmed without a patch test on file, logged at least 48 hours before the appointment. Re-tests are triggered by a new client, a gap of 6 months or more since the last chemical service, a product or brand change, or a reported reaction. Treatment-liability cover is voided on a colour reaction if the test was not logged.
Patch-test results are health data (GDPR Art. 9): captured on explicit consent via Signatures, retained 7 years per the Statute of Limitations 1957 and insurance evidence requirements. A reaction on file holds every future chemical booking for that client until Méabh reviews it in person.
